Headbourne Ltd is a privately owned concern formed in October 2001 to accommodate the purchase of assets from Robert Lewis (Regal) Ltd.

Originally a specialist trade diecaster and wood shop company with over 53 years of industry experience - production, assembly and packing facilities are currently centred in Walthamstow, London, England - Key components are made in low cost manufacturing economies to ensure competitive worldwide pricing.

Product development and quality assurance management are both controlled from the London site. This site also accommodates design and creative facilities to help customers achieve their own special product requirements, matching diverse market needs.

We are a dedicated trade only business-to-business company. Our aim is to ensure that our customers always have a freshness in their appeal - product offerings that give distinct points of difference.

Headbourne Ltd is dedicated to being at the forefront of the product sectors in which it participates, with particular focus on Hooks and Hook Rails where the company is the leading exponent in Europe. Our team is committed to developing value-engineered products with lifestyle appeal.

Environmentally Aware
Throughout our business we strive to minimise our impact on the environment and continue to seek new ways of achieving this. We actively encourage recycling within our company with up to 80% recycling of office and warehouse waste.

All designs in the Headbourne programme are the intellectual property of Headbourne Ltd.


FSC
Most of the wood used used on our products is FSC certified. The FSC Logo identifies products which contain wood from well-managed forests independently certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council A.C.


Quality Conscious
With quality products, quality systems and quality staff our aim is to get it right first time. Our policy is only to manufacture and supply items which pass our own rigorous quality standards.
